Building the perfect room for your baby takes a lot of love, time, and all too often the items on the shopping list can add up WAY too fast. If vintage and handmade are more your taste, there are a lot of good resources for putting together a beautiful room without breaking the bank (thrifting, vintage & antique stores, re-purposed pieces).
On the modern end of the spectrum however, it can be much more difficult to find the right beautifully designed pieces that are within the budget so here are a few great places to start the hunt:

In the community forum on thebump.com the other day I ran across several posts asking for opinions/ideas on a Vintage Circus themed nursery mixed with modern pieces of furniture.
It sounded like a fun challenge so I set out to combine the two for a {vintage modern circus} inspiration board. Starting out with the “E is for Elephant” print from Jennifer French’s etsy shop & inspired by the lavender and red in the crib bedding I love the balance between the soft and bold details.
