workin’ out with the bump!

We all know how important it is to feel like you’re looking your best and even more so when you’re trying to embrace an ever-changing baby bump. I’ve posted previously about pre-natal yoga, but here is something especially for the bump-sporting mamas-to-be who have a dance background or just love the kind of work out it can offer. Below is a pregnancy work out video from The Bar Method that was recommended by a girlfriend of mine who is STILL rocking this routine 8 months preggo (thanks Siobhain!!).
