Using a palette of colors inspired by the curry flavors of Indian masala and the vibrant Bollywood culture, Masala Baby blends Indian roots with high quality fabrics to create modern, eclectic, and wearable clothing for infants and toddlers (girls and boys ages 6 months to 6 years). All of the fabrics are sourced exclusively from India using techniques unique to local artisans from the weaving to block print and embroidery. One of the things that defines the brand are it’s signature colors: saffron, clove brown, raani pink and turmeric yellow. Though the inspiration for the brand come from the vibrant colors, flavors, and culture of India, it was conceived in Brooklyn in 2009 and since has taken hold in retailers across the US.
